For Uche Ogbuagu, There’s No Giving Up!

Although he plies his trade more in the Eastern part of the country but often times outside the shores of the country, comedian, broadcaster and all-round entertainer, Uche Ogbuagu can very well be described as a national hero.

He has continued to excel in his chosen fields of human endeavour by providing an enabling environment to the younger generation as well as a sense of belonging to equally join the party and improve their lot.
Uche Ogbuagu, for those who are not too familiar with him, is a comedian extraordinaire who has touched a lot of hearts with his rib-cracking jokes which he also package into albums.
A multiple award winner, his latest recognition was that of ‘’Outstanding Igbo Orator’’ presented to him at the Igbo Awards in Enugu last weekend.
However, Uche’s biggest challenge right now is to ensure that his radio station, ‘’My Radio FM’’ located at Owerri, the Imo State capital, remains the toast of the city dwellers and beyond.
‘’It’s not been easy running it 24 hours a day but we are not relenting. The biggest challenge is power supply. You know what it takes to sustain such a project depending more on diesel. All the same, we can’t stop because of our listeners. We have made the difference and want to add more values to it,’’ he told ‘’City Echoes’’ in Enugu last weekend.
