My Take On Comedians Cracking Jokes On Pulpit – MC Icewater

Recently, the act of comedians using the pulpit to ply their trade have come under attack by some pastors who are miffed at their colleagues action for allowing such in the house of God.

A video that went viral not too long ago of a pastor criticizing some other pastors who allow comedians to profane the altar of God with their jokes (some lewd) did not sit well with popular OAP, MC and comedian, Micah Aruocha aka MC Icewater.

In Pidgin and English, he took to his facebook account and bares his mind:

“Any pastor wey wan blow now na to take on comedians and the church.
Why don't you take your talk to ur CAN (Christian Association of Nigeria) body or the PFN (Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria) instead and stop trying to do 'eye-service' with the people just for trending sake.

Abi since Amadioha won't accept such defacing neither will the mosques and your colleagues keeps accepting that, shouldn't you first of all speak to yourselves as a body before selling out and at the end of the day, you are trying to kill an industry you never assisted in creating.

“Do you know RCCG Nigeria at least no longer allow comedy except it's their pastors using that to buttress a point (or they still allow that) but maybe not comedians on their altars?

“If you wanna have fun as children of God, go rent a hall that is the order that was handed down to the pastors in its fold but I didn't see the G.O coming out to sellout on that so speak to yourselves instead.
Am sure they won't speak to themselves afterall their association seems like a house divided against itself ...
I no kuku be gospel comedian but I do clean jokes ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฟ ๐Ÿ˜ as an entertainer that is'.

Yeye dey smell state.”
