Kudos As IMSU Alumni Hold Economic Summit

The need to embrace alternative means of income generation especially in this economic downturn that is adversely affecting families and businesses was the topic of discourse at the just concluded one-day economic summit organized by the Imo State University Alumni Association, Lagos State chapter.

Held at Jevinik restaurant, GRA, Ikeja, the summit which attracted an impressive number of participants witnessed interesting sessions with resource persons who impacted knowledge of sectors that can be tapped into to generate wealth.

Areas that were discussed included Real Estate, Recycling, Coconut oil, Artificial Turf, Business and Time management.

In his remark, National President who also doubles as the Lagos State Chairman of the association, Enyioha Chris A.E. Anyanwu, thanked both the organisers and participants for their co-operation as he promised that such event would be a continous one. 

He said: “To all of us who made our economic summit of today, a huge success, through your donations, pledges, prayers and active participation, we say, ‘Thank You.’ May God bless you immensely.

"As one big family, we are going to use the connection and experience we had today and tap into the various sectors that were handled by our able professionals. The turnout was overwhelming and the event was a masterpiece. We will definitely do this someday.”
