Top film production company, Addpec Media World International has commenced shooting of a thought provoking motion picture entitled, ‘#Hashtag 40 Million.’

At one of its locations in Lekki, actors as well as the production crew were busy interpreting the flick which is a strong metaphor for human unending chase for what is not real at the expense of reality.

Directed by multiple award- winning movie director, Tunde Olaoye, the production embedded with great details, quality characters, comedy, action, suspense, great expectations and didactic lessons parades top stars as Hafiz Oyetoro (Saka), Odunlade Adekola, Wole Ojo, Kunle Bamtefa, Mary Lazarus, Niyi Johnson, among others.

Speaking on the new film project, executive producer, Mr. Adeshina Akinyosade said; “The production which engaged about 35 experienced and notable film crew members, 10 Nigerian rated actors and approximately 20 additional upcoming movie talents promises to be an industry hit in contents, production and all ramification. This is our third production in Nigeria.”

‘#Hashtag 40 Million’is supported by some companies such as Growing Circle international limited, Wesco Pools, Lotto and Peculiar Properties Limited.
Speaking on the partnership with the film company, MD of Growing Circles International Limited, Mr. Olalekan Owolabi described the movie as inspirational and a great narrative worth watching.

Tunde Olaoye, movie director added; “ It's a movie for the cinema and we're shooting right here in Amen Estate. We have very good actors on set. The title of the story is more or less like a decoy to the story itself. The crux of the story is how genuine love triumphs over infatuation, how hatred can transform to love, how love heals the past.

Wole Ojo who played the role of Ola has this to say; “Ola is a regular guy, but there's more to him than meets the eye. Due to circumstances, he finds himself doing certain things that compromise his beliefs and views about life. It's a character that did not necessarily have much dialogue, but more of expressions.”

Comic character, Mary Ogbona aka Biliki of Clinic Matters explains her role thus; “I'm playing Mama Bomboy along with Saka (Hafiz Oyetoro). I'm playing the role of a caring loving wife who is the breadwinner of the home. The husband is a 'loser', but because she loves her husband, she's able to stick with him.
