Independence Celebration: Nigeria At 57 Is Worth Celebrating – Okpe

Despite, the challenges bedeviling the polity, General Overseer, Fresh Oil Ministry International, Apostle Psalm Okpe has said that the country at 57 is worth celebrating.

He said: “ I am excited as a Nigerian and as a pastor celebrating Nigeria @ 57. Like everybody is hopeful, Nigerian is going to be a great country and it is already great. The reason for this is because most times when we face challenges as a nation, we should understand that God is telling us something, and whatever HE is telling us, if we are able to take heed of it, we will come out of it. Nigeria is going through storm with all the challenges we have gone through, it also boils down to the health challenge of our President Muhammadu Buhari.

“But I believe as a Man of God, this country will change, it will be great. We need to pray for our country, we need to hold hands together and pray for this land, we don’t need to speak evil of our leaders, if we do, that means we don’t trust them and that means we don’t want them to grow. When Men says there is a Casting down, we say there is a lifting up. What causes the war in Liberia was not even close to what we have passed through, and we are still here as one big family.

“We need to put into words the positivity of the intention of God for our nation, Nigeria. I have the opinion that Nigeria is going to be a great country.

We have come a long way, we have seen many dark days in this country, many killings through Boko Haram, Biafra challenges, but that doesn’t stop us from praying for this nation. We must celebrate Nigeria @ 57, it is worth celebrating. 57 is not a joke, its not easy to come this far.

“I pray for the nation, I pray for the Nigeria leaders and I pray for the church in particular that God will help us and take us to the next level of breakthrough. God bless Nigeria, God bless President Muhammadu Buhari
On behalf of Fresh Oil Ministry Intl, we want to say we facilitate with the country.”
