Udoh Bags Nollywood Excellence And Patronship Awards

Former Managing director of the Nigeria Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) Engineer, Mazi Udoh, has been honoured with the prestigious Nollywood Excellence and Patronship Awards organised by Actors Guild of Nigeria – Lagos State Chapter.

The award is in recognition of Udoh's dedication, excellent service and commitment to the development of the Nigerian Airspace. According to a statement by Don Pedro Aganbi, Chairman, Actors Guild of Nigeria – Lagos Chapter “Engr. Nnamdi Udoh is an unsung hero of the Nigerian Airspace."

Under his leadership at Nigeria Airspace Management Agency he was praised by the then Nigerian president  Dr. Goodluck Jonathan for achieving the TOTAL RADAR COVERAGE OF NIGERIA 'TRACON for Nigeria. Specifically; Engr. Udoh brought excellence, Innovations, direction, strategic broad-based vision and operational efficiency and panache to the Nigeria Airspace Management Agency” Aganbi noted.  

In his response, Udoh thanked Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Lagos Chapter for the honour and promised to continue to do his best for the service of Nigeria and humanity.

The event which took place at the prestigious OJEZ  Restaurant in Lagos had in attendance notable Nollywood Actors like Charles Inojie, Valentine Agwulonu, T.T Temple, Linchun, Ijeoma Imoh, Victor Osuagwu, Moji (Mama Ajasco) and the Lagos State Chairman of Actors Guild of Nigeria, Don Pedro Aganbi among others.

 The Actors Guild of Nigeria annual Excellence Awards is designed to celebrate the men, women who have made impact in their various endeavors and have used their gifts and talents to improve the development of the Nigerian Economy.
